and records can both be saved locally by means of a file download.

How to download all records

Within the Mandates or Collections view, click on the Download button in the menu bar and select the Download all option in the dropdown list. Click OK to initiate the file download. You can open and edit the file locally in Excel or any other editor that supports XLSX file formats.

Note that the columns in the spreadsheet mirror the active columns in the data table of the Mandates and Collections views.

How to download a selection of records

Within the Mandates or Collections views, select the records to be downloaded by checking the boxes on the left-hand side of each row. Alternatively you can filter rows by clicking the Select filters button in the menu bar. A modal window will appear with various fields to specify active filters. Once filters have been selected, click Done to update the data table.

To download the selected rows, click on the Download button in the menu bar and select the Download selection radio button. Click OK to initiate the file download. You can open and edit the file locally in Excel or any other editor that supports XLSX file formats.

Customising columns

If you only want to download a selection of columns for each record, click on the Column options button in the menu bar. A modal window will appear with all the available columns.
