Dashboard

The BankTech console dashboard is a management tool that visually tracks, analyses and displays key performance indicators (KPIs) of current payments. This view is accessible by all users and can be found via the side menu by clicking on the Dashboard menu link. It is the default view after logging in. The dashboard is divided into two main sections:

• Collections timeline

• Collection KPIs

Collections timeline

The collections across various statuses are shown on the dashboard as an interactive bar chart to track the performance of collections over time. Collections can be filtered by clicking on the status indicators to the right of the chart or by hovering over individual colour bars. In the top right corner users can toggle between Count and Value views.

Status indicators

Draft

Draft collection has been created and is awaiting approval

Expired

Collection has not been approved and has passed it's debit date

Approved

Collection has been approved and is awaiting submission

Submitted

Collection has been submitted to the bank

Tracking

Collection is currently being tracked against the customer’s account

Processed

Collection has been processed by the bank and has a final result

Collection KPIs

The Collection KPIs provide a month-to-date view of various key performance indicators for all collections that have been created for dates that fall within the collections cycle.

Collection KPI	Description (all KPIs are for the month to date)
Success Rate	Percentage (%) of collections that were successful
Unpaid Rate	Percentage (%) of collections that were not funded by customers
Dispute Rate	Percentage (%) of collections that were disputed by customers
Fail Rate	Percentage (%) of collections that were submitted, but failed to process
Expiring	Count of collections that are not approved with debit dates that are today
Billed	Amount (in rands) that has been submitted for collection
Paid	Amount (in rands) that has been successfully collected
