Collection requests

Collections are records of ad hoc or recurring billing collections for all debit order types. Collections can be automatically or manually generated from mandates or added ad hoc without mandates. When creating collections, these can be pre-approved or manually approved before submission cut-off. Collections can also be unapproved and amended.

In order to manage collections, we have provided a few basic methods:

• Querying scheduled collections

• Scheduling new collections

• Amending collections
